Mixing System
HZS120-180 concrete batching plant adopts SICOMA MAO series mixer. With high mixing efficiency ,high mixing uniformity, reliable performance, it can mix dry hard, plastic and various proportions of concrete. The top cover of the mixer is equipped with a water spray pipe, an inspection door, an observation door and a feeding device. |
Batching System The aggregate batching machine has four hoppers, which are used to batch fours kinds of aggregates. Aggregates are fed into weighing hopper from aggregate hopper, and they are weighed separately by microcomputer weighing controller to realize weight setting, peeling, compensation, and outputting control signals ,etc. |

Storage System
Powder material supply system is composed of a cement silo and a screw conveyor. The cement is directly transported by the screw conveyor from the cement silo to the cement weighing hopper. |
Conveyor System
The conveying system includes inclined belt conveyor and flat belt conveyor. Belt conveyor is mainly composed of conveyor belts, transmission devices, rollers, cleaning devices, frame and escalator. The weighed aggregates are sent from the flat belt conveyor to inclined belt conveyor, and finally to the Standby hopper. There are maintenance escalator on both sides of the inclined belt conveyor, and a chute below the belt to avoid materials falling. |

Pneumatic System
The air source is supplied by the air compressor, and after filtered by the reflector, the oiled air enters each hose through the air separator. The air supply to aggregate feeding, mixer discharging, cement discharging and arch breaking, additive mixing and so on. |
Control System
The control room of HZS120-180 batching plant is a vertical structure. The wall is sealed with a lightweight thermal insulation board, and the electronic control system is placed inside. The front of the room is a large flat glass window, which has good vision and bright light. |
